In Short,... Yes :hump

...as a deactivation is any time in which a pack is completely turned off... :}

But was that in regards to anything else, seph?

I will add the term to the glossary in the US rules. It's probably good to have a text definition just in case.
"I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." ~ Michael Jordan

If you're down, you're down. I actually got myself reset by my own team last nats to force a chasing penalty on the opposing team. It doesn't matter who does it - if you're deactivated by the opposition or your own team (resupping or friendly fire), you're considered down.
